im having a problem every time i try to start the exe up im getting a gay debug thing like this

ok i keep get thing debuging error when i put the modellib.dll in and when i put the name of the modelib.dll into the list.ini,but once i run the the .exe it just brings up this debuging error in winrar and its making me go crazy so can anyone post a premade ADI with the modellib in already or help me
