no. incomplete mods are not allowed in outstanding. unless they are never going to be worked on again. and plus. i know it look cool and all but if you think about it all it is changing the assault rifle skin and the sky and ground....like people havent done that already.? and its just color variat...

edit: the map doesnt work for mac but the bitmaps do =\ oh well its still damn awesome.
