HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I am trying to mod/reskin or whatever its called the main menu when the game first starts up. Where it says campain, multiplayer, and all that other good stuff.

you can always try spreading them out maybe there too close together.
But im not completely sure.

Ok.... Now i know in halo ce you can mod the menu. I was wondering how do you mod the menu in Halo PC. And if you know what is the program you have to use?
