i have found my router thing but i cant find a port forwarding tab or menu

ketchup your helping alot but im still not 100% sure how and what to do im a noob and need step by step instructions on how to do this

it would keep saying retrying server but would never let my friend in

so when i host a game it wont let other people in the game. i have turned off both my firewalls what else can it be
