HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, here is the story. I put all the maps in the original maps folder, ran the Exicute before patching (used the maps in my unmodded folder), then i ran the auto patcher, resigneed the maps, and i looked in the Modified Maps folder and there was nothing. -What did i do wrong? -How do i fix this? -Do...

Can somebody please help me, I am hoping to play this mappack at my pary on Friday.
