I need help on how to add more turrets and vehicles and weapons to a map because i cnat figure out how to use item collection to add more stuff

I need to know how to add more vehicle spawns to a map and how to add more weapon spawns to if someone could help please and thankyou

I try to get gravity chairs and sentinle enforcers for vehicles and my screen goes balck when i resighn it ftp it and try to load it also i got the jackle shield on map just freezes when i get near it or somone else gets near it
