I really dont get it

Got a new problem.
I have made a sky tag.
But i dont know how to get it in a level.
How i do it?
I have HMT 3.5 and SparkEdit and ofcourse Sapien and Guerilla.
Just want to edit a level.

And i would to like make a level.
But how? What do i need?
I have Guerilla and Sapien but how to make a new level?
