Wait, the One on the Level "The Covenant", the Terminal in Tower Two doesn't have the 'Fragment X/7' in it.
Even after it starts going read and takes you to a new Panel.

I REALLY Need help on this. I've accessed each Terminal at LEAST 5 Times. What am I doing wrong? To help: 1. Do you have to complete the Level in order for it to count as 'accessed'? 2. Do you have to do it in order, as if you were playing Campaign Normally and came across each as you got to each lo...
