HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ok, i DLed it, but the tutorials on it show tutorials for other things, but how do you get it to convert a CE map to a Halo PC map? i know this may be noobish but i need help.

I found a xbox mod chip website and i would like to know what mod chip is required (or suggested) to mod halo with and then how you put mods on it. If someone can PM me some info on this it would be kindly accepted. Me and My friends really want to know this so please help.
