HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

yes, i did. still not working! i can ftp and get to the raw dumps though. is there another program to covert the images?

sorry if this has been posted before, searched, didn't see anything. when i connect to my xbox, it shows that there are no files, but if i connect with flash fxp, it show a bunch of files in the $s folder. also i am using yelo to take the screenshots. help would be greatly appreciated.
