where can i get those?

im sure what i need is in there, but i dont know any of the technical terms
i feel like a pain right now, but you gotta do what you gotta do

i just got halo on PC and i wanna mod the crap outta it.
the problem is, i dont know how. i an really good at figureing stuff out, but i have no idea what software i need to get going.
i checked the software section of the forum, and i didnt know whai to download
