You may have too many processes running. Try ending all other applications/processes under your user, and make sure to start at aboveNormal, and work your way up to Realtime so you can see how much your system can handle.

YES! I made pictures and instructions shorter and easier. Hope more people use this, I hate to see lagging servers.

closing Halo will return everything to normal, every program has a prority, and if you change one to a higher prority, it will not change the others, only itself, so the performance will go right back to normal. However the priority will not save, so you must do this everytime you turn on Halo. I do...

Speed up your Halo!

This tutorial will teach you how to manage your priorities. To speed up Halo: 1. After you have started your game, hit ctr + alt + del .
