How do i apply rar files to the map

So if know one can send me the maps can some one tell me another way to get the maps from my xbox to my computer. If you can not than can you send me a tutorial on how to FTP. I have one but I have tried it and it does not work.

I cant FTP can some one e-male me the original map and I can put them back on to my X-Box with a DVD-RW
