Anyways dude, I know ur problem, u can't rebuild single player maps, it misses out a load of stuff because the part where it fills in fields is only designed to work for multiplayer, you end up with less stuff, and the map...

You can do this yourself, its easy ... grab HMT v3 if you don't have it (make sure you grab .net framework re-distrubutable and install it first) then open the map file you want to have this on. Probably cos it patches the bitmaps file or something? Anyways, you should backup your files...grab one from the halo cd, bloodgulch is in filescabs folder, in cab2.cab, not sure about bitmap.map, you'll have to look...
