Is there any way that you can duel wield weapons in Halo CE, a mod or something

this would not be easy at all...you would have to have really know what your were doing to make a map as complex as that

yea, its fun now, however theres supposed to be a knew halo 2 mod for the pc, being released some time soon to the public (a much better one), until then we can wait for halo 2 on the pc.

if you want a good mod that not only has a very well done energy sword, but also other halo 2 weapons/maps/features go to this link and download halo 2 CE (direct2u) easy installation....and there are exclusive online games with just energy swords.

This is by far the best Halo 2 multiplayer mod i have ever seen, it is extremely easy to understand and even easier to install (No modding really required, just downloads and updates).
