its just that i want to know what tools you need to make new vehicles in halo custom edition. i've heard of Halo mao editing kit but i dont know if that is to make the map or making new vehicles.

btw you know these vehicles that you make, does it cost to get the tool to make that? or you use Halo Map Editing Kit? can you tell me the tools and if you know can you send the web to down load it?
