HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Well, apparentally I need to get some plugins for dothalo, and I'm not quite sure where to get them. I'm trying to make it so my character is super fast. I know it's considered a "cheating" mod, but I just want to have some fun. Does anyone know where I can get these plugins?

Ok when I try to open either of those progams, it tells me that "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." What's the problem?

Ok. I modded my xbox recently, and I'm having problems. Right now, I can't get on Xbox Live, but I'm able to use SmartFTP and get connected to my xbox, but only for about 10 seconds. After that, it disconnects from my xbox and gives me a Notice saying that My host machine has aborted the connection....
