Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
I like Winamp because it's skinnable, easy to use, and non system hogging. Customizability makes Winamp look awesome: http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/6516/winampsexy.jpg iTunes doesn't organize my music the way I want, and sometimes when I import music into it, it makes doubles of the s...

Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
Maybe he just wants organize his music? Yeah, I mean it's a bit of a personal thing really. Nothing against HPDarkness, cause I've spent hours myself doing stuff most would consider pointless to get things just the way I want them as well. The DRM argument was still valid, one of the many reasons w...

Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
You forgot heavy DRM and also bad. Sorry, that argument is stale. The iTunes store is DRM-free now, and even when it wasn't you could still play and rip music without DRM. Hell, WinAmp doesn't have DRM because you can't buy music with it! The only drawback to iTunes in my opinion is that it can be ...

Re: The Official Post Your Set Up Thread
Cool, but seems like WAY more trouble than it's worth. I use iTunes to browse my music, and it can achieve similar effects using album art, which takes me no time (just a quick google).

Re: How to Modify Forge Maps [Tutorial]
I wasn't making another one of those "never say never! we just need to all work together to crack the RSA!" posts; I meant I have heard some actual progress has been made in terms of getting unsigned code working using the king kong exploit and a modified hypervisor. :| Anyway, consider it...

Yeah, until/unless another exploit is found (which MS would subsequently patch).

Re: Custom Xbox 360 Themes?
The hash blocks are organized differently in a CON than say a LIVE file. If you tried to rehash it as-is, your rehasher would mistake the LIVE hashes as data etc.

Re: Compositing in Halo 3
This is much harder to do in video because you have to properly position the text in spite of camera movement. If the camera is moving at a constant speed (or not at all) it's not too bad, but when it is shaky or something (think Cloverfield) you have to use computer algorithms to track the camera m...

Personally I think he is doing nothing wrong. He has been asking questions as well as contributing to things several members here are interested in (STFS packages). I would be posting in his threads more, because I am also looking to gain a better understanding of this file system, but I am too busy...

Sweet! I never participated in shenanigans, so I'm pumped.
mxrider is my gamertag. I will have all the maps by Sat (Mythic in 2 days, nice). I may be able to get some of the guys from my dorm to play too if need be.
