Are loudmouthed kids ruining Live?
Is it just me, or has there been a marked increase in the amount of loudmouthed, swear-like-a-drunken-sailor-because-I-think-I'm-cool kids on Live lately, especially on Halo 3? Nary a game goes by where I don't hear 8 little kids (in the 10-13 year old bracket) swearing like Colin Ferrel on a bad ha...

That's what I basically just said. RAM is where the program is during runtime, constantly changing it's values. ROM is the stuff like mapfiles and the compiled .exe. Trainers access RAM, map editors and minor executable hacks access ROM. Ergo, trainers access the process of the program while it's r...

Those offsets won't come in handy because they're offsets in ROM and if I understand you correctly, you want to be reading the data while it's in use aka RAM. The tools for reading and editing this data are known as trainers. Cheatengine and Tsearch are the names I've most commonly seen around but ...

I don't know of any programs that would watch the offsets for change and then send a command to PureData, and I'd imagine that it would need to be done from scratch. The offsets for all the Halo data are in a list around here somewhere. Iron_Forge made a list of all the offsets, back before HMT or t...

If I understand you correctly, you want to make a sound go off every time a certain action happens whether it be via an AI or the player? Example: Play a beep sound when a grenade is thrown? Am I right? EDIT: Could you post a link to the Max developer's documentation (if there is one?) If there is a...

AR15 type sniper weapon (WIP)
I've been working on a sniper rifle for CE. I was playing around with designs and decided I liked the AR-10 looked the best. I modeled an AR10-type receiver with an AK-type bolt. I'm just unsure as to what kind of front end I should use. Here's a few pics: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p250/Ful...
