i got my pelican into my map (bloodgulch) and i can get inside of the plican like sit in it, but i cant fly it, and its making me mad, lol anyone know what to do?

okay dose anyone know how i can get apelican or like acovenant dropship into my multiplayer map? like bloodgultch? also dose someone know how i can make like g runts,hunters eliete etc... with AI in multiplayer maps, or have the characters be those ppl like u could play as an eliete? please show me ...
