thx 4 the tut but when i try 2 open it, it says that i need 2 open it wit a program what program should i open it with?

and what is Hex?

I am a noob and all i have done is download sparkedit and opened it and there is nothing there i was hoping somone could help out a noob like me, its really appreciated
