Stop being bitches and just do what I say alright? I've never ever had anything I burn not work on my xbox so it's not gonna hurt to listen to my advice. Burning at a slow speed does help because the xbox is a picky piece of crap and doesn't like it sometimes if you burn too fast.

Ugh, this isn't difficult. What speed did you burn at? You have to burn as slowly as possible (2.4x is fine for me). Secondly you might have to try several different brands of DVD-R because the xbox is really picky about what it will and won't read. Nero is fine for burning the ISO, it's what I use.

Now i may be wrong here, but im thinking that the banshee barrier is probably part of the maps BSP and probably cant be edited without remodeling the entire map.
