Unless I'm wrong. Is the sky mask not the energy tendril from the shade turret? Makes a nice "energy shield in the sky" effect, I know.

idk about the links. to install the easy way just install like you would any other mod, but the maps in your maps folder and just apply the bitmaps patch. you'll get the full mod that way. the other way is more of a pain, but lets you have halo dx and halo pc at the same time. but yeah if you have t...

For x8r8g8b8, if you save it as an uncompressed a8r8g8b8 with no mipmaps it should inject fine. There is a program called DirectX Texture Tool that will convert to any dds format as well.

Hmm that is really weird. nothing much besides a50 changed from the beta, i don't know why it crashes. all the maps besides d20 worked for mac in the beta right?

For it to work on mac you have to treat it like a regular mod and just put the maps in the maps folder, apply the bitmaps patch and play. If you are using the ui patch installation it won't work. Also, be sure to save it in HHK before you attempt to play them.

Well I think most of us will still be around, just not as active. I can only really speak for myself but there just isn't much time for mods anymore. It's still fun to check in and see what everyone else is doing though.

Nope that won't effect the model. Looks like you just need to inject it. idk. About the bitmaps, you'll need to start with a fresh bitmaps.map and re-inject the textures.

That might be your problem, you injected the pistol multipurpose for the pistol_card multi. That will corrupt your bitmaps. In hmt it will be called "pistol multipurpose" not pistol_card
