I got the Pelican figured out. The steps you guys provided worked out perfectly, and no the scripted Pelican isn't drivable. What I am trying to work on now is the Phantom and the Gravity Throne. It doesn't. I tried it out on old_mombasa.map and no dice. I set all the values the same as if you were making a flyable Pelican but it just wont let you climb into it.

Actually there is. But maybe to be clearer, I should refer to it as a Fall Timer. Try it out, see for yourself. Set a jump for 15, and go into the level and jump straight up. You will die every time as you fall back to the ground. It works the same as if you were falling off the map.

Awesome. I had seen that before, but as it was Multiplayer, I just wanted to make sure it was still the one to follow. Now I have the Pelican up and flyable, thanks guys. One more question, will this work for the Phantom as well? Thanks alot.

How would I go about negating the Fall Damage in Campaign? I tried altering the Damage Effect tags in each map and the single_player_shared.map, but no dice. Pelican In Campaign

I want to make the Pelican and the Phantom in Campaign flyable. What exactly do I need to do this? I tried editing the seats in DotHalo, didn't work. I've found some tuts on injecting them into Multiplayer but I dont want to replace the 'Hogs in SP, I just want to fly the ones that are already there...
