what is XDK and where can i get it?? i heard that you can use it to take like.. pictures/screenshots while playing halo 2.. without haveing a capture card.. is that true..?

ok so using insolence i dragged over the weather tag from lockout into ascension..

but. when i load ascension its not snowing.. what else do i need to do?
