HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

what?...if your thinking i do hard mods or something i dont im just trying to mod someone up but i dont know how to create a new account with the different dashboard

I have my xbox modded with the info_x2_2 dashboard and i was wondering how i get to the create an xbox live account screen..yea i know this is a noob question but i seriously dont know and i need help with it
