three things.. 1)save what? 2) and no because the data within the .map file is different (unless it is rebuilt or modified with HMT) it will not run anyways. therefore you can't take a Halo CE map and put it in that way.. the way you would have to do that would be rebuilding the map with the CE tag...

I don't know whether this is the right place to post this, but if you just save them as .map files, you can just replace them with the origenal files in the Maps folder and it will work.
