HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I couldn't find it anywhere, but can you change the bitm of the pannel? I can't find it anywhere. Also, the newbish questioon, but how do i stop making pannels dissapear while playing halo. It's really annoying. thnx

well there are some obvious newb questions, but how can i change the texture(if possible) of the pannel, bc i can't find it in HMT. Also, how do i make the pannels not dissapear? It's the biggest problem i have modding the void. Thanks
