'Nades explode other grenades? How?

I read about this a long time ago but I can't remember how? I looked in the stickys and didn't see anything but basically what I wanna do is make my frag grenades explode and spawn plasmas (maybe about 4) so how would I go about doing that? Also, how do I make a bomb shoot somthing? Thanks a ton. - ...
