Ok, i fixed some things up and the final results came up with 6193 polygons, heres a pic and let me kno if thats a good amount of poly (its as low as i could get it) ill be skinning this soon which should add more details to it, i might end up changing the guns a lil bit for some style looks, looks ...

10000 poly max, well then my vehicle isnt so bad, i rebuild the guns so they are no longer original but the polycount is down to 8333 polygons in total, and im going to redo the wheels so that its even lower (all four wheels by itself are between 4000-5000 polys) so im going to redo them.
