I need to know where to get the "Dev Kit" or "Dev Trainer" or watever its called for Halo PC. The program with the "Time Freeze" feature. DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANY DIRECT LINKS OR ANY SITES WHERE I CAN GET THIS PROGRAM?!?!? THNX.
