Back in '05 I remember having a modding tools pack. It contained awesome applications (Machinima, Serenity, EnrcypSig, SPPF, Etc), probably around 20 of them, for different uses. I can't get the publishers name off the top of my head. So, can anyone point me in the right direction for this modding p...

I use Firefox and WInRar, and everytime I try to download an attachment (EncryptoSig, SPPF, etc) and try to open it directly from the Rar screen and open it gives me this error.

"The application failed to initialize properly. (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application."

Let me correct myself.
Everytime I try to open SPPF, it says "The application failed to initialize properly. (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application."

I've just got back to modding after about a year, and it seems as though I forgot the names of the maps!
