HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I finally got my HHHT and applied my first mod to Halo PC (A Night In Blood Gulch), but when I tried to host a game in Blood Gulch to test the mod, it quit Halo and said "Gathering Exception Data". What does this mean and how can I fix it?

I had a feeling no one could do that...skinning is hard, isn't it? Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait untill someone smart comes along and creates...HALO: WWII

People do that all the time with Half-Life. Why not Halo?

This is a little stupid question, but WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IN SPAWN POINT IN PILLAR OF AUTUM?

Maybe create weapons that have a more War-Time feel? Like replacing the Assult Rifle with a newly-skinned AK-47? Skinning the pistols to look like Lugers? Just a suggestion...unfortunatly, I can't do this myself. I would if I could.

You know, It's not a very good idea to go to a fairly good forum and advertise for a compleatly new one. I know from experience that it most often doesn't work. But whatever floats your boat is fine, I'm not trying to stop you.

I download patches from halomods.com, but they appear as papers with the Internet Explorer icon on them as the desktop icon. When I try to run them, nothing happenes. The same happens with everything I get from halomods.com. What's wrong? Do I need some special program to run them?? Please tell me w...
