How do i get the map onto the computer? i just got dot halo, and im trying to figure out how to work it.

can anyone help me get modded files to my xbox? i have a soft-mod on there. and can anyone tell me how to get multi-played super mods like high jumping, fast run, fast shoot. to mess around with my buddies
