You need to make a back up of the original map and then move your modded version of that map to your MAPS folder to replace it. It needs to have the same name as the original. Hope this helps you :)

You both have to have the same map and/or mod to join each other's games. Also be sure that you're filters are all turned off as well.

Tomclancy was right. The unknown map image and text is ONE bitmap. That means its shared by all your custom map tags. Yes you COULD edit it (actually I think there's a tutorial to, pc at least.) but that would change them ALL to the same one. So all your maps would say "killing things" or ...

This has been answered a lot, but anyway.. You have to run tool from the command prompt. Make a copy of your cmd and put it in your halo ce root directory. Start the cmd and type "tool" and type in your command. Tool doesn't have a gui so you gotta do stuff by cmd lines. Watch a video tuto...

Ahh.. Coulda sworn I said that...anyway: Yeah you need to have the script in your map to have more than 6 types playable at the same time. However, since you don't swap out or rename the vehicles (like make a new one called warthog) and just add it, all you need to do is set priority over the other ...

Idk if this will work, but I saw your "sapienbeta.map" error thing.
To get this error to go away you make a .txt file in your Halo Custom Edition folder and name it "sapienbeta.map"
This works for the toolbeta.map and geurillabeta.map errors as well.
Try this I hope it helps :)

Unless you have the -devmode command on your shortcut or something. Turning off alldev wouldn't matter..they ARE 2 different things..(i think)
You either have alldev or devmode on probably so get rid of those before you play online.

If you used a different water bitmap then it would have worked. If you used the same death island one then IDK what you did differently. But the reason the death island bitmap won't work for your water is because there is a hole in the middle where death island was put (like matooba said).

He means the map you are building into. Like if your modding icefields paste icefields.map from your halo/maps directory.
