HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i tried downloading v3 twice v3.5 ....i dont remember how many times....and i had a friend send me v3.5 with a bunch of plugins that he made and it works for him

yea...i just downloaded it yesterday

i cant even get that far...when i try to start HMT it wont let me and i get that error message

well...im getting this stupid error message when ever i try and start HMT and its really starting to piss me off.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

plz....help me....im about to just give up on modding....
