Take out 20 maps out of your maps folder, then run CE. If you still get an exception, take 20 more out and so on untill you dont get an error. The last 20 maps have the bad one. Process of elimination.

They are guerilla tags, for CE.

It means exactly what it says, It won't compile your bitmap because it doesn't have dimensions of powers of two. 516 is not a power of two, 512 is though.
