Thank you WaLKa!! That did it. I just have to disable the collision model for certain sections of the Wraith to get it to work. Bingo!!

I changed the collision model so that it is indestructable. All of the other vehicles are indestructable, but the driver can still be injured. I'm trying to get that effect.

How can I make it so that the driver of the wraith can be hurt by weapons fire? I have a indestrucible, enterable wraith, but whenever I get in it, I cannot be hurt. That makes things kinda boring. Does anybody know how I could change that?

To get the full shotgun effect, you also have to change the spread values that are located in the same place.
