Can i make new maps with HMT.3?

i heard that you can make maps from HMT.3 but i don't know how to. i tried reading tutorials but they don't help. and where can u download sapien from? i really want that program.

i'm sure i checked the place where i apply ANIB1.1. i put it on the patch section(bottom collumn) and Bloodgulch.map on topcolumn.

exception data

hi i'm new around here and i'm a bit familiar of how to apply mods using PPF-O-Matic. i downloaded ANIB1.1 and i used PPF-O-Matic to apply it. when i loaded bloodgulch it said Exception! Gathering Exception data. and it couldn't load. what should i do? :(
