I really can't afford to make models that size unless I could get top dollar (meaning several thousand) for it. The parts are composite composed of silicon, plaster, and a poly-urethane epoxy.

my bad for accidently splitting the post. oops. Anyway, for the resurfacing to work I need the model to be 'water-tight' or else it will fail. I've PM'ed [TS]... hope he's our man. BTW, are the weapons from Halo 2 just as easily extracted?

I can do all of it. About the .3ds file... The machine only works if it sees the model as being a 'solid'....
