For the platform you could try using the flood elevator from campaign, its fairly large. You cant stretch models though, and i'm not sure what you mean by bones. And i believe you cant go past 100 itmc in the [scnr] tag or the map wont load. Hope some of that helped.

this all sounds cool in theory, but it would seem to me that these mods are really old. A lot of advancements have been made in the halo 2 modding community since the 1 year anniversary in terms of mods and quality. And since this is the "lan party edition" i'm assuming every map is system...

definietly looks good, but it really needs collision on the platform to be awesome (sorry to say that when it seems to be so confusing/difficult). I like the hill placement on the 2nd concept and the somewhat symetry of the level. Wish i could actually do a bsp conversion.

well, the soccer ball is in 03b-newmombossa. Import it into the map you want to shoot it in. Then go to to the rocket launcher and change the [proj] to the soccerball, i think its a [bloc], but dunno.

you cant make your own vehicles, but you could add seats to a warthog, or import a shadow. You cant make the sword seem smaller in first person, maybe in third person by using the model sizer to chnage it, but i dunno. you have to manually edit the lightmaps for the level under the [bitm] section. ADI has a tool that will do it for you, quite handy.

i really hope you dont cheat. Since i'm a trusting person, i'll tell you. They're in a folder in the TDATA section of the E drive. I cant tell u what folder, i think the numbers are different for everyone. But as soon as u open the folder, there should be two more folders C$ and U$. I think the maps...
