HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, so dothalo freezes everytime i try to open globals/mtag. I have been looking for about an hour and a half to find jeff's updated mtag .xml files, to no avail. Well, it wouldnt load on a new map like warlock, but it worked on ascension... Could you explain if/how to do it on a new map?

Ok, so i am trying to swap projectiles(i dont know if that is the proper term) and every time i try it doesnt work. So heres what I do. 1.)Open Dothalo 2.)Extract rocket projectile meta 3.) Inejct meta into charged plasma pistol 4.)Fix Encrypton 5.)FTP over i do this and still get the failed to load...
