thanks for the help guys, i actually figured it out through some extensive tinkering with Insolence......when you go to the weapon tag, then rocket launcher, you can change the tag type and when you do there come up on the right a little set of boxes with reflexives in them and one of them is homing...

is there a way for the Rocket Launcher in xbox ver. halo 2 to be heat seeking or be able to lock on to bipeds ? any help will be appreciated
