Uh, can you make skins with paint. Just wondering.....

How do you change color of guns and stuff. Dont say look around more becuase i've been doing that all friggin' day. PLease someone give me a decent tutorial. I check utilities. I have spark edit and hmt but i still dont know how to change colors and stuff!

Okay, don't make fun of me for asking this. How do you make a mod? I mean is there a program? How do u edit the maps or ppfs or pffs or whatever its called.?
