OK the whole point of Cel Shading is to make it look CARTOONISH. Cel Shading = Cartoon, look at some PS2 games for the younger audience and you will see cell shading used to give a cartoon look.

wow u guys might want to read sum tutorials, that stuff is the most basic of basic stuff possible. You just swap metas in HMT. (yeah that problys ounds tough but when u read up on it youll laugh at yourself later about it) oh and DONT make a mod thats just swapping playerd models, vehicles, weapons ...

I have tried some stuff with this, just the simple meta swapping so i tried to make a pistol shoot out a marine on BG got and exception, but it works with the cyborg, no AI tho lol, Bots dont take up player slots and dont raise ping although all that realy would matter is your own comps speed since ...

I'm 14 and i remember that good old Tron movie from way back when, i think i must have been around 7 or 8 when I'd first seen it. Cant remember too well tho but it was a good idea for a movie all the same. This reminds me that i might actualy want to buy Tron 2.0 lol

HAhaa i remember playing Mrs. DoubleFire in that Halo 2 server you had goin for a while there, that was pretty kool. But any word on when this map is gonna be done. I checked on the gearbox forums and they dont realy post a heck of a lot of useful stuff in there.

I did apply all of the bitmaps and when that didn't work i tried doing one and not the other and so on. Nothing worked except one of them just made a small error in the ESC menu font in-game.
