Does anyone have a Timer that tracks when the weapons and power ups should respawn?

I've searched for over an hour now only to find broken links, deleted files, and Mac Only timers.

If anyone has a PC timer software that would be great. Thanks for your time.

You can get to the nuke w/o teles... all you have to do is at the blue base, do the ghost to push you through the wall... learned it the day i got the map... =P its faster too
