Just one simple question, did this application work with TheGhosts blue streak tag importer for 3ds max, how you could import the raw biped tag, weapon tags and much more as a model in max with bones and nodes?

models of the weapons still seem boxy, not smoothed out enough on the blades.

Because I havn't coded one yet, I could this weekend but right now im working on Resident Evil 4 for GameCube, its almost done just got to figure out UV coords. Then its Gears of War.

Right....anyways, its pretty easy if you know how to decompile files out of games - 2d data and 3d model data - reverse-engeneering basically, but you have to know how to read the data and how to code. Simple really.

*wonders how Gears of War will be set up*

Materials are all right, but the animation lacks. Good idea but bad production. What are you using as your biped bones, bones and IK or a biped system? Your arm seems to be stretched (out of place) out way too far when he pushes himself off the floor, and there are other mistakes too.

Also, your Zanzibar diffuse maps are wrong, some need to be flipped vertically upon extracton with Entity.

Hey Veegie, it looks like in that render of the chief and the lake there is a pulling vert on the back of his helmet. It's on the gray part, it looks like its moving with the spine bones.
