Sounds awsome, just hope you can get the idea to microsoft or some developer or a publisher. This would probably be a great game if done correctly.

You can make any picture a desktop. Just use photoshop or goto WinCustomize and find a crap load of stuff to make your pc yours.

Yeah, I couldn't really find a matching cursor, but are you asking is the background animated or the cursor? The cursor is, but not the background since that would be kinda dumb.

Yeah, it seems too incomplete. Make it a box then have that border inside of the box to make it look better.
