opening existing maps in sapien

possibly a noob question here,
i want modify existing HCE maps using Sapien to populate an UBER number of vehicles and guns.
how do i open an existing map in sapien?
it seems i need a scenario tag, but i cant figure out how to get the tags for any maps besides the tutorial one.
