it doesn't have to have _collision at the end. it can be named whatever.

you dont need to make collision for your bsp. the render geometry and the collision is the same, hence why it needs to follow the sealed world rules. just when you compile with tool you use the command
"tool structue blahblahblah" instead of "tool model blahblah"

i dont know, i havent worked with pc in a long time. I think you would want alpha though, otherwise it wont be transparent.

replace whatever bitmap that is with a see-through bitmap. i forget the name of the bitmap, and i dont have guerilla on this computer, so you will have to figure out which one it is.

if there is no VISIBLE hole, the error is most likely caused by two edges residing in the same space (happens alot when you use boolean). select the vertecies of the edge and weld selected. continue process until there are no duplicate vertecies.

it is because there is no animation in cyborg.model_animations for sitting in a pelican seat. if you change the seat name to w-driver it will work, or you could extract the cyborg animations from hugeass or coldsnap.
